All their employees should really be retrained since AC is already y to keep the customers you have and stop pushing new ones away. They pride themselves on being 'family friendly' and they are not. Customer service training is non existent. Called them back several times, not one answer. Tried contacting customer service to talk about it, and they gave some bogus, convoluted statement saying 'a manager will call you.' Was told we would be refunded the one unused night and that never happened. It was so bad that we decided to leave after a day. But my kids are 6 and 4 and on their iPads so not being a possible nuisance to anyone other than the security officer (by merely existing). I should note the restaurant is in the casino so not sure where they wanted us to wait that we 'did' belong. You don't belong' as we waited to eat at the Hardrock. From the check in customer service 'professionals' being incredibly rude and crude, to the security officer yelling at us saying 'why are you here. From the moment we got there, it was absolutely the worst experience.

After reading all the good family reviews and considering the dinner options, huge arcade next door, pool, etc we pulled the plug and went (we don't really gamble but we're into the idea of a getaway from the mundane winter activities at home). We decided on going to the Hardrock for a two day getaway with the kids.
